ABOUT THIS COFFEE

CULTIVATION

Grown in the high plateaus of Cauca, where soils rich in volcanic ash, high altitude and a stable climate throughout the year create ideal conditions for coffee cultivation. Castillo, Caturra and Bourbon varieties grow between 1,400 and 2,000 metres above sea level, both in full sun and partial shade. Its washed process contributes to a clean, balanced and expressive cup.
