Prepare our Ceiba in Aeropress!

Hello!
We want to share with you this incredible Aeropress preparation so you can enjoy our Ceiba coffee, from Guatemala, its name means
"the connection between heaven and earth" and we are sure that you will feel like you are in heaven when you discover and taste its delicious chocolatey and fruity notes.

Ingredients
  • 13 grams of medium ground coffee for Aeropress Ceiba - Guatemala (8 in EK43)
  • 260 grams of water at 99ºC
Method : Inverted
Extraction time: 5 minutes
Equipment:
- Aeropress
- Filters
- Jug or bottle with water
Instructions:
1. Place the plunger into the Aeropress cylinder and turn it upside down

2. Pour the ground coffee into the Aeropress

3. Pour in 50g of water and stir for 4 seconds. Add the remaining water and stir for 4 seconds.

4. Place the filter holder over the Aeropress. Wait 5 minutes.
Turn the Aeropress upside down and place it in a pitcher or glass that will hold all the coffee.

5. Press steadily for 30 seconds


  • Serve and enjoy!
TIP
  • If you prefer a stronger coffee, you can add more coffee or use less water. For a weaker coffee, you can use less coffee or more water.
