🚴 It all started with a bike, a coffee... and lots of unmapped routes
Ferran discovered specialty coffee by chance. What seemed like just a break in the middle of a bike ride became a daily ritual. That "coffee moment" that connects you with the present.
In his travelogue, he began to imagine a space where he could relive that feeling with more people. A place that united community, active living, and real coffee.
This is how ONYVA was born—“let’s go!” in French—a tribute to Le Tour, to pedaling slowly, and to the pleasure of sharing simple things.
From cycling cafe to neighborhood roaster
What started as a small coffee shop in Ciutat de Balaguer is now a growing project: we roast our own coffee in Barcelona , we've opened new spaces, and we've brought ONYVA to many homes, offices, and businesses.
Our mission? To help more people enjoy specialty coffee without having to know everything, but still experiencing everything a good cup conveys.

We don't work with large farms. We prefer projects where our coffee has a real, positive impact on their communities.
Like the best ingredients in cooking, coffee also has its ideal moment.
We keep up with the harvests to offer you freshly arrived coffees, at their peak, with changing profiles throughout the year.

ONYVA Coffee Lab
We opened On Y Va Roaster to roast our own coffee, because our mission is to offer a unique flavor and experience.
With our obsession with taking care of every detail, we manage to control the entire coffee process: from the selection of the green beans in the country of origin, the subsequent roasting in Barcelona, and the preparation of each cup in our cafes.
