How can I contact you?

When will my coffee be roasted?

We roast every Monday and Thursday. You will receive the freshest roast.

When will my order arrive?

Estimated delivery time 48h/72h, international shipments 48h/96h. Orders placed before 12h are counted as the current day; orders placed after 12h are counted as the next day.

Subscriptions will be sent out the first week of the month.

Do you have a physical store?

Yes! We currently have eight locations in Barcelona. At all of them, you can enjoy a good coffee and also buy bags of coffee. At ONYVA House you can also come and enjoy a good meal :)

Always! We love to receive your feedback. You can leave your opinion in our online store within each product page, depending on what you bought. You can also email us at info@onyvacoffee.com. We would be delighted to receive your comments and suggestions or answer your questions.

Which roast should I choose?

To fully enjoy the range of flavors of each coffee, we recommend choosing a roast profile that suits your coffee maker. An espresso roast is ideal for espresso machines and Italian coffee makers (moka pots). A filter roast is ideal for drip coffee makers, immersion brewers, or cold brew (V60, AeroPress, French press, Chemex, etc.).

Which grind should I choose?

We've made it very easy for you in our online store. You can choose whole bean coffee, or ground coffee for your machine: Espresso, Italian Moka, V60, Aeropress, French press or Moccamaster.

You can always choose whole bean coffee if you have a grinder at home. Freshly ground is always best, but make sure your grinder has burrs, not blades.

How does the coffee subscription work?

Each month you will receive our best coffees. First, you choose the coffee roast, whether it's for espresso or filter, then you choose whether you want to receive your coffee whole bean or ground (and the type of grind).
