Refund policy

As you already know, we roast our coffee every week. We work with a fresh, high-quality product that is prepared specifically for each customer.

Our shipments are very personalised, so if a return of a coffee shipment is requested, it can no longer be resold because it is a fresh product. We prefer to speak with you and send you a new product instead.

Returns can be made under the following conditions:

  • The return can be requested within 15 days after delivery.

  • The product received is not what the customer ordered. There is an error in the delivered order.

  • The order contains a product (coffee maker, filters, or an accessory) that is not coffee, and it was not what the customer believed they were purchasing.

The customer may return the product, and once it has been verified that it is in perfect condition, the amount will be refunded. Return costs are covered by COFFEE ROASTER BCN S.L.
