IN HIS NOTEBOOK, HE BEGAN TO IMAGINE A SPACE WHERE HE COULD RELIVE THAT FEELING WITH MORE PEOPLE. A PLACE THAT UNITED COMMUNITY, ACTIVE LIFESTYLE, AND SPECIALTY COFFEE.
THAT'S HOW ONYVA —"LET'S GO!" IN FRENCH— WAS BORN, A TRIBUTE TO THE TOUR, TO CYCLING WITHOUT HASTE, AND TO THE PLEASURE OF SHARING THE SIMPLE THINGS.
WHAT STARTED AS A SMALL COFFEE SHOP IN CIUTAT DE BALAGUER, TODAY IS A GROWING PROJECT:
WE ROAST OUR OWN COFFEE IN BARCELONA, OPEN NEW SPACES, AND BRING ONYVA TO MANY HOMES, OFFICES, AND ESTABLISHMENTS.
OUR MISSION? TO MAKE MORE PEOPLE ENJOY SPECIALTY COFFEE WITHOUT NEEDING TO KNOW EVERYTHING, BUT FEELING EVERYTHING A GOOD CUP CONVEYS.
WE DO NOT WORK WITH LARGE PLANTATIONS.
WE PREFER PROJECTS WHERE OUR COFFEE HAS A REAL POSITIVE IMPACT ON ITS COMMUNITY.

IN OUR OBSESSION TO TAKE CARE OF EVERY DETAIL, WE MANAGE TO CONTROL THE ENTIRE COFFEE PROCESS: FROM THE SELECTION OF GREEN BEANS IN THE COUNTRY OF ORIGIN, THE SUBSEQUENT ROASTING IN BARCELONA, AND THE PREPARATION OF EACH CUP IN OUR COFFEE SHOPS.
