Shipping policy

For orders over €40 for Mainland Spain, the Balearic Islands and Portugal (Does not include Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla). Shipping will be free.
National shipping cost €5.90 and National Plus €7.90 (Balearic Islands).
Free shipping on orders over €195 for Europe.

Our shipping partner is www.correosexpress.com for shipments within Spain (not including Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla), and depending on the country, also with international coverage.

We roast coffee weekly on Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays. Shipments are made on Thursdays.
Estimated delivery time is 48h/72h depending on the destination within Spain, and 48h/96h for international shipments.
Orders placed before 12:00h will be considered as placed on the same day; orders placed after 12:00h will be processed the next day. For more distant destinations, delivery time will be evaluated and communicated to the buyer.

Subscriptions will be shipped during the first week of each month.

Shipments destined for countries outside the European Union or areas such as the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to additional charges (import taxes, customs duties and/or fees applied by each country’s authorities), which must be paid by the buyer. Customs policies vary greatly, so we recommend contacting your local customs office for full information.
