CULTIVATION

Este café procede de Karimikui Factory, en la región de Kirinyaga (Kenia), situada entre 1.700 y 1.900 metros de altitud, en las laderas del monte Kenia. Los fértiles suelos volcánicos y la elevada altitud proporcionan las condiciones ideales para producir cafés de gran calidad y personalidad. Cultivado a partir de las variedades Batian, Ruiru 11, SL28 y SL34, y procesado mediante el método lavado, desarrolla un perfil limpio, complejo y expresivo.
